HoseTechniques warrants its products to the original purchaser (with a purchasing record) either directly from HoseTechniques, or from one of our authorized dealers, for the original vehicle on which a HoseTechniques product was installed, against defects in materials and workmanship. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
HoseTechniques’ liability under any express or implied warranty is limited to the purchase price (as detailed on purchase record) of any product(s) purchased directly from HoseTechniques or from one of our authorized dealers, to the value stated on purchase record. HoseTechniques also reserves the right to offer an alternative replacement product(s) of the same value and specification as the product originally purchased. Shipment costs are not part of the warranty expressed herein.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by other parts of any motor vehicles in which a HoseTechniques product(s) is installed within, nor accidental damage, installation mistakes, extreme hot or cold temperatures, alteration, abrasion or discoloration due to weather, road hazards, shipment damage, negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication or lack of maintenance. This warranty also does not cover cost of inconvenience or labor in removal of product(s) or reinstallation of product(s) or any other associated costs such as shipping. Any modification to the product(s) or its intended use voids the warranty.
This warranty shall only apply to those products which HoseTechniques has inspected on return and have satisfactorily been assessed to contain defect(s) by manufacturer, material or workmanship.
To return a product(s), please notify HoseTechniques via our contact information below. Provide your full name, invoice number, and describe in detail the problem or nature of complaint. In the case the problem cannot be solved remotely, HoseTechniques will issue a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Please clearly indicate on returned packaging the RGA# assigned and return the product(s) to the address below.

In no event shall HoseTechniques or any HoseTechniques dealers or distributors be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty replaces all previous warranties.
