Orders and Accounting
Your order is first taken by phone or through our web site. Your order is inspected for stock quantities, backorders, and other variables that may affect your order. It is placed into our accounting system to generate invoices, prepare packaging, and to process to the shipping department.
Packing and Shipping
Once your order has been entered, our packing and shipping department finds the correct kit or product and processes the invoice. If your order requires special items, or is a non-kit order, one of our hose specialists finds all of the necessary pieces to complete your order from our 10,000 square foot facility, packs them per your instructions, and double-checks the order contents for quality control.
Your items are shipping using UPS, Fed Ex, Air Bourne Express, or the US Priority Mail. Depending on your location and delivery method, your package may take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days for delivery.
