SHIPMENT POLICY
HoseTechniques reserves the right to choose the most cost effective shipping method possible for the type of shipment, usually UPS.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, you must notify both delivering Carrier’s claims department and HoseTechniques shipping department immediately to report it.
RETURNS
All returns MUST be returned as new, unused. Used hoses, hoses with scratches or oil stains, clamping marks or any sign of wear will not be refunded.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN
Once you
buy our hose, and for whatever reason.. ordered the wrong size, want a
different color.. etc., just pop that hose back in the box unused, include a
copy of your invoice, tell us your instructions, and send it on back to us!
That's it, we will refund your hose* with no restocking fees, no questions,
just our best wishes! We do limit this to within 30 days of delivery though.
Please be aware that all custom
hoses (shape, color, size, logo applied) are non-refundable unless defective.
Please be aware that and all
silicone vacuum hose, either pre-cut kits or sold by the foot cut to length
increments of 1 foot due to being custom cut are non-returnable unless
defective. If an agreement is made to
return said items, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and deducted from
refund amount.
Damaged items will not be refunded
except in the case of manufacturers defect. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. No cash refund will be given against credits
resulting from product returns.
If the product is determined to be defective, HoseTechniques will replace the product with a like product. Replaced product will be returned to the sender, freight prepaid. This Million Mile Warranty may give you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
All shipping costs are
non-refundable.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
If you wish to return an applicable
product for any reason, please package the item/s in a suitable box and include
a copy of your original invoice. Please
state whether you wish a refund of a replacement of the product. Send the
package postage paid (either UPS or USPS) to: HoseTechniques,
PRODUCT SHIPPED IN ERROR

These returns (and initial pro-rated freight) will be at HoseTechniques’ expense: a Call Tag will be issued to you for this process. Appropriate credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods.
